Prop 65

ENPAC, LLC is committed to providing our distributors with current information regarding product compliance. As such, Warning Requirements-According to California Health and Safety Code Section 25249.6, no person in the course of doing business shall knowingly and intentionally expose an individual to a product containing chemicals known to the state of California that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm without first providing a clear and reasonable warning.

The California Attorney General’s Office has indicated that distributors of products have a duty to inform their customers of the warning requirement and to take reasonable steps to ensure their customers are properly providing the warning to the ultimate consignee.

Some products manufactured by ENPAC, LLC may contain one or more of the following chemicals: 

2-Mercaptobenzothiazole Distillates
Bisphenol A (BPA) Folpet
Carbon Black Hydrotreated Heavy Naphthenic
Chloroprene Nickel
Chromium Petroleum
Cobalt Sodium Hydroxide
Colbalt Metal Powder TD/CB
DINP Titanium Dioxide (TiO2)
