ENPAC, LLC Acquires Washington-based PND Corporation
ENPAC, LLC, a manufacturer of secondary spill containment and spill response products, has acquired Washington-based PND Corporation (PND), the manufacturer of Plug N Dike, a nontoxic and nonflammable spill response solution.
Established in 1985 and based in Bellevue, Washington, PND manufactures an efficient leak repair solution that caters to a variety of end-customers, including fire departments, trucking companies, and industrial facilities.
The acquisition of PND by ENPAC is in line with our business strategy to better serve our distribution partners within the environmental and spill response sector. PND’s commitment to customers aligns nicely with ENPAC’s mission of protecting the environment and your bottom line.
