December 7th, 2022 - ENPAC, LLC Acquires Washington-based PND Corporation
EASTLAKE, OH — ENPAC, LLC, a manufacturer of secondary spill containment and spill response products, has announced the acquisition of Washington-based PND Corporation (PND), the manufacturer of Plug N' Dike, a nontoxic, nonflammable spill response solution.
Established in 1985 and based in Bellevue, Washington, PND manufactures an efficient leak repair solution that caters to a variety of end-customers, including fire departments, trucking companies, and industrial facilities, to name a few.
