ENPAC, LLC is committed to providing our distributors with up-to-date information regarding product compliance. According to California Health and Safety Code Section 25249.6, it is illegal for any person doing business to knowingly and intentionally expose an individual to a product containing chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm without providing a clear and reasonable warning beforehand.
The California Attorney General's Office has stated that product distributors have a responsibility to inform their customers of the warning requirement and to take reasonable steps to ensure that their customers are providing the warning to the end user.
Some products manufactured by ENPAC, LLC may contain one or more of the following chemicals:
